## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导AI互动影游创作平台和工具的产品设计，包括用户需求分析、功能定义和用户体验闭环，关注互动影游创作的用户痛点，确保产品满足AI互动影游创作者的需求；
- 结合大模型、多模态等技术，设计AI生成体验的产品形态，把相关的技术能力转化成可理解、可控制、可信任的用户交互界面；
- 与研发团队紧密合作，推动产品的技术创新与功能完善，并确保产品的质量、稳定性和易用性；
- 跟踪AI互动行业的发展趋势和技术进展，监控产品的市场表现与用户反馈，及时调整产品策略和优化方案，以提高产品的用户满意度和市场竞争力。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有2年以上的平台产品策划经验，对AI互动影游有敏锐的洞察力和感悟力；
- 有RPG游戏策划经验者优先，熟悉LLM、Agent、多模态交互等至少一个方向的产品化落地，能够创新性的设计AI加游戏的互动玩法；
- 具备优秀的用户思维与产品设计能力，对用户行为与交互体验有深刻理解，能够通过数据分析与用户研究驱动产品决策；
- 出色的系统思考能力与问题拆解能力，逻辑清晰、结构化强，能独立负责产品模块从 0 到 1 的完整设计；
- 优秀的执行力与推动力，搞压能力强，有AI互动影游创作平台设计经验或影游成品创作经验者优先考虑。
