## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 结合业务战略和现状，制定市场策略与推广计划，支撑营销目标达成；
- 制定年度及季度市场计划，通过内外部资源整合，提高对目标客户群的覆盖，为业务增量做好市场铺垫；
- 深入业务领域，通过各种营销手段激活和培育新客户，获取线索及商机，助力业务增长。 Requirements
- 有市场营销、AI、数据分析相关海外学习和实习经历优选；
- 具有基本的市场嗅觉和判断能力，可以快速熟悉线上市场传播与推广运作，主导并深度参与执行过完整的市场活动；
- 具备优秀的沟通能力及推动力，能独立完成跨部门、跨团队沟通中协调各种资源并推动项目落地；
- 具有强目标感、强执行力与自驱力、多线程处理能力，多元的知识体系。
