## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责无畏契约手游版本节点内容发行工作，梳理内容策略并进行内容策划制作，对整体内容传播和用户沟通效果负责；
- 针对版本改动/新英雄/新枪械/新地图等，输出精品的PGC内容和多类型创意内容，助力游戏内容传播和游戏数据目标达成；
- 围绕用户教育，口碑传播，新手体验，皮肤价值塑造发行专项，打造系列专栏内容，长线提升用户口碑和满意度；
- 与内外部团队高效沟通和合作，探索多类型内容合作机制，持续打造优质高效的内容管线和形式，提升发行效率。 Requirements 1.1-3年左右工作经验，对无畏契约IP产品深度理解和认知，熟悉瓦玩家消费热点和游戏梗，需要具备丰富的FPS手游游戏经验丰富； 2.良好的内容创意能力和脚本撰写能力，懂用户有网感，具备PGC/PUGC/UGC等多类型的内容制作经验，能够将产品核心卖点和用户需求，转化成为优质内容创意； 3.具备独立项目推进和学习能力，良好的自我驱动能力和责任心，较强抗压能力，敢于创新和突破，能够对目标结果负责； 4.本岗位需要多团队协作和多线程推进工作，需要较强的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力。
