Responsibilities 团队介绍 Level Infinite 是腾讯旗下国际游戏业务品牌，致力为全球玩家带来充满乐趣、原汁原味的游戏体验，让玩家随时随地进入游戏世界；并通过打造包容、互通、便捷的玩家社区，促进分享交流。 Level Infinite为合作工作室提供一系列支持及服务，助力其释放产品潜能。

### Level Infinite发行产品包括《PUBG MOBILE》、《Goddess of Victory

### 社区与社群生态运营
- 负责维护游戏官方中文社区（如Q群等），制定社区统筹方案，内容与活动日历，营造积极友好的社区氛围。敏锐洞察社区舆情与玩家反馈，并进行有效梳理与同步。

### 社交媒体矩阵经营
- 运营B站、抖音、小红书等官方中文社交账号。策划并执行符合平台特性的内容（如B站视频、微博话题、抖音短视频），塑造官方账号独特、亲切的人格化形象，沉淀核心粉丝。

### 玩家关系与KOC拓展
- 深入核心玩家社群，直面玩家，建立信任关系，培养核心粉丝/外团。系统性地挖掘、对接与管理优质中文内容创作者（KOC/KOL），建立长期合作关系，共同产出优质内容。

### 本地化活动策划与执行
- 结合游戏版本更新与中国传统节日、网络热点，策划并落地线上/线下社区活动（如版本庆典、玩家挑战赛、创作者激励计划等），提升玩家参与感与归属感。 岗位要求
- 本科以上学历，资深游戏爱好者，对“刷子游戏”（刷宝/装备驱动类）有深刻理解与热情，Warframe老仓鼠优先。
- 拥有3年以上游戏运营经验，1年及以上国内游戏社区运营经验，有长线游戏运营经验者加分。
- 精通中国主流社交媒体平台（B站、抖音、小红书等）的运营逻辑与内容调性，网感出色。
