## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 类魂国风写实角色制作, 商业化时装，武器组件制作；
- 制作角色品质标杆，制定美术规范标准，优化工作流程；
- 多端角色资产审核验收；
- 与TA积极合作，持续不断的维护和改进角色在游戏内的品质效果；
- 钻研前沿技术，积累技术资源，共享角色制作内容经验，团队管理，新人培养；
- 主动与上下游各环节同学进行沟通，外部规范外包制作环节。 Requirements
- 擅长写实角色制作，有成功项目、商业化资产/主角角色经验方向优先；
- 丰富的多端角色制作经验，熟知角色模型的工业化流程管线并能够制定美术规范标准，优化工作流程；
- 具备扎实的美术功底和审美能力，美术相关专业雕塑专业优先；
- 熟练掌握角色制作相关各软件及相关插件，熟练掌握UE等主流引擎；
- 有一定完善原画,补充设定的能力，富于想象力和创造力；
- 热爱游戏，熟悉当下市场热度游戏，对产品有相对敏锐的嗅觉。
