## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导3D近战搜打撤项目的核心关卡体验设计，深度拆解优秀搜打撤产品，建立符合自己游戏关卡的设计标准、评审机制与设计规范，确保产出的稳定性；
- 负责关卡从概念、平面图、白盒、玩法布点、氛围呈现、性能约束到验收上线的全流程；
- 与战斗、怪物、叙事、美术、TA、音频等团队协作，确保搜集、挑战、遭遇、撤离和社交协作的完整关卡体验闭环；
- 建立关卡生产规范、评审机制，提升关卡产能、设计质量和版本交付稳定性。 Requirements 1.3年以上关卡策划经验，有完整负责中大型项目关卡体系或担任关卡负责人的经历为佳，至少主导过一款上线或完整测试项目的关卡建设； 2.熟练使用UE5编辑器，具备白盒搭建、玩法验证、关卡调试等落地能力； 3.有较强空间审美、节奏设计和问题诊断能力，能清晰说明从目标、布局到验证迭代的过程； 4.具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力，有敏锐的洞察力和快速学习的能力。
