## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责三大运营商业务合作建立，确保合作政策稳定、合作环境良好。包括，梳理业务合作决策链，开展客情关系的拓展及维系，为业务合作创造平稳、健康、可持续的外部环境；
- 负责拟定三大运营商合作策略及计划，统筹集团、专业公司、省级业务合作建联实施；
- 负责定期收集、整理和分析三大运营商集团层面的战略目标、工作重点、经营策略等，结合业务的资源禀赋及目标，促成双方达成“数智化联运”的战略共识；
- 负责推动与运营商在AI、5G-A等新领域合作，共创新产品，探索新模式，孵化新赛道；
- 负责拉齐腾讯内容生态（TME、腾讯视频、游戏、视频号、直播等）和建设连接阵地；
- 负责客户战略合作的洽谈，签订战略合作协议，推动合作执行，对合同执行结果负责。 Requirements
- 统招本科或以上学历，10年以上通讯行业工作经验，工作地点北京；
- 具备至少8年以上商务或销售岗位工作经验，具备较强的三大运营商客情关系，较强的业务运营能力；
- 具备大型互联网公司、软硬件公司、电信运营商等相关领域工作经历/经验，熟悉电信运营商公众市场业务策略及发展模式、相关政策；
- 具备专业的商务谈判能力。性格开朗，沟通能力强，善于合作，抗压能力强；
- 注重结果导向、问题导向、客户导向，思维逻辑清晰，敏锐的市场洞察力，商机判断力，较强自我驱动力和执行力。
