## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责荒野乱斗（Brawl Stars）游戏中各类特效的设计与制作，包括但不限于技能特效、UI特效、场景特效等；
- 根据游戏策划需求，独立完成特效从概念设计到最终实现的全流程工作；
- 与游戏策划、美术团队紧密协作，确保特效风格与游戏整体视觉风格高度统一；
- 参与特效性能优化，确保在移动端设备上的流畅运行和视觉表现；
- 持续关注行业特效设计趋势，提出创新方案以提升游戏视觉体验；
- 配合测试团队，根据反馈进行特效的调整与优化，确保最终效果符合预期。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏特效设计经验，有至少一款成功上线的手机游戏特效设计经验； 2.丰富的带领外包商经验，能够制定规则且保质保量引领供应商； 3.具备扎实的美术基础，对色彩、构图、动态节奏有敏锐的感知能力； 4.熟悉移动端游戏特效性能优化，能够平衡视觉效果与性能表现； 5.具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效配合策划和程序团队； 6.对游戏充满热情，尤其是对竞技类或休闲类游戏有深入理解；
- 能够承受一定的工作压力，适应快节奏的项目开发环境。
