## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责射击游戏UI界面设计；
- 根据项目的内容梳理视觉设计规范及制作流程，协同上下游和合作方确保品质 ；
- 负责设计结果导向及资源性能损耗把控，对最终呈现内容做优化。 Requirements 1.3年及以上游戏UI设计经验； 2.有扎实美术功底，新潮的视觉设计理念，对形式、质感、色彩等的把控能力优秀； 3.擅长使用Unity3D NGUI、UGUI/ UE4蓝图等编辑UI资源；
- 能熟练使用flash/PS/AI等设计软件 ；
- 有团队合作精神、善于沟通配合解决项目问题；
- 有射击品类游戏体验基础和研发经验者优先。
