## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据项目风格完成高品质次世代角色模型，以及高质量角色渲染；
- 管线资产的维护；
- 外包需求对接，把控外包品质及效率。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏模型工作经验，精通角色次世代制作流程，熟悉Marvelous Designer软件制作； 2.美术相关专业，有较好的审美和主观判断能力，有较好的抗压能力； 3.精通Zbrush、max、Photoshop、Substance Painter以及Marmoset Toolbag 等主流工具；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
- 有手绘3D角色经验或者模型渲染经验优先。
