## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 AI 生成内容检测模型的研发与优化，覆盖图像与视频方向，支持内容发布审核、合规标识、数据筛选等场景；
- 负责检测模型架构、训练和推理策略优化，持续提升检测效果与推理效率；
- 负责复杂对抗场景的检测优化，包括局部编辑、压缩重编码、裁剪拼接等画质退化与篡改场景；
- 建立 AIGC 检测评测体系与基准，推动模型训练、推理优化和产品上线。 Requirements
- 计算机、人工智能、机器学习、信号处理等相关专业，硕士及以上学历优先；
- 具备 AIGC 检测、数字水印或内容安全方向模型研发经验，熟悉检测任务的样本构造、模型训练与迭代闭环；

### 熟悉以下技术中的一种或多种
- LLM / VLM 微调与评测、统计特征检测、水印与隐式水印、图像与视频取证（频域分析、噪声残差、GAN / Diffusion 指纹）、多模态对齐与跨模态检测；
- 熟悉检测数据处理流程，具备数据合成、伪标注、难例分析和效果归因能力；
- 熟练使用 PyTorch、vLLM 等常用训练与推理框架，具备较强的模型训练和问题定位能力，关注检出率、误判率、跨域泛化与推理成本；
- 了解业界主流 AIGC 检测工具与平台的技术方案和产品做法，包括生成侧水印与内容标识、检测侧商用服务与开源评测基准。
