## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 按照项目风格要求进行角色概念设计；
- 根据美术风格，进行个别元素以至整个世界观的视觉设定；
- 按时按质量完成工作，能不断优化工作流程与提升品质，熟练AIGC相关辅助流程者优先；
- 擅长设计商业化相关内容者优先，套装设计经验丰富者优先。 Requirements
- 精通Photoshop及其他相关绘画软件，具有较强手绘能力；
- 扎实专业基础知识， 具备优秀的造型感受能力以及出众空间感应用能力；
- 了解现代视觉文化发展趋势，并有自我突破愿景；
- 良好沟通协调能力，在团队中可以清晰表达你在笔下营造出虚幻世界背后所蕴含深思；
- 参与过至少一款商业级大规模开放世界游戏原画设计者优先考虑。
