## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责基于深度强化学习与大语言模型的游戏智能体（Agent）算法设计、模型训练及工程落地工作；
- 探索多模态大模型在游戏UGC、内容生成管线的应用；
- 积极拥抱新技术，分析和拆解创新游戏/工具产品的实现，预研AI游戏功能。 Requirements
- 具备大语言模型（LLM）相关研究或实践经验，如 Transformer、GPT 系列、BERT 等，计算机/人工智能/数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历；
- 熟悉主流深度学习框架（如 PyTorch/TensorFlow）；能进行 LLM 微调、提示工程等优化；
- 具备vllm/sglang等推理引擎的使用和性能优化经验；
- 具备较强的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和团队协作能力，能够推动技术产品功能的落地。
