## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责原创射击游戏的关卡设计与搭建工作，推动游戏的关卡和内容的创意、设计和迭代；
- 负责 PVP 射击游戏玩法/规则分析、设计、制作、验证与迭代；
- 负责玩法原型的制作与效果验证，能快速实现关卡相关的原型并敏捷迭代；

### 深度参与并推动关卡艺术表现与海外玩家体验设计
- 理解多端与多区域玩家之间的差异，使关卡内容在对应玩家的语境下成立，并具备在海外社区与内容平台被自发讨论、传播与二次创作的潜力。 Requirements

### 需提供关卡作品集
- 请附上 LD 设计稿、游戏截图或作品集链接（PC 与移动端作品均可）；另请附一份你熟悉的射击游戏关卡拆解——它好在哪、你会怎么改它，以及这张图在移动端与 PC 端、在不同市场的玩家手里会有怎样的不同；
- 本科及以上学历，1 年以上射击或动作游戏关卡设计经验；
- 需要有熟练的引擎使用经验，能够利用各种引擎工具和美术工具，快速创造关卡原型表达创意；
- 开放式射击 PVP 关卡设计经验者优先；
- 剧情向射击 PVE 关卡设计经验者优先；

### 具备真实的海外玩家视角
- 熟悉海外射击游戏市场与玩家生态，长期体验海外PC、主机和移动端射击游戏，了解不同地区玩家的习惯与偏好；有海外学习、生活或工作经历者优先；
- 强烈的设计欲望与原创能力，渴望在关卡中表达自己的创意，有一定绘画、摄影、视频、导演经验优先。
