## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责设计智能体Ardot的产品规划与全生命周期管理，从需求调研到上线迭代的全流程把控；
- 深入理解B端客户需求，与腾讯云WorkBuddy团队紧密协作，设计并优化AI驱动的设计辅助功能；
- 协调跨部门资源（包括研发、设计、测试等），推动产品方案高效落地，确保项目按时交付；
- 通过数据分析与用户反馈，持续改进产品体验，提升设计智能体的易用性与工作效率；
- 制定产品迭代计划，平衡用户体验与技术可行性，达成业务增长与用户满意度目标；
- 参与竞品分析，洞察行业趋势，为产品设计提供前瞻性策略建议。 Requirements 1.3年以上B端产品管理经验，有 B 端产品从0到1的成功落地经验；熟悉设计研发协作D2C 、C2D工作流；熟练掌握 3 种以上AI设计工具或设计辅助类产品经验者优先； 2.有Figma、Stitch 、Canva、Claude Design等同类 AI 设计工具产品经验，或有设计师背景优先； 3.对AI技术应用有热情，了解大模型或设计相关AI工具者优先； 4.熟悉产品设计全流程，具备扎实的需求分析、原型设计和文档撰写能力； 5.优秀的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，能独立推进复杂项目并协调多方资源； 6.具备良好的跨团队沟通能力，能与技术、设计等角色高效协作；数据驱动思维，能够通过数据指标指导产品优化方向。
