## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯工蜂、knot、with等产品的 SRE 体系建设，保障平台服务稳定性SLA；
- 负责相关平台的容灾、高可用设计和实施，推进全链路的架构治理与优化；
- 负责监控告警、故障定位等应急响应，负责提升运营效率工具的设计和开发。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网系统开发或运维的工作经验；
- 扎实的操作系统、网络、数据库等知识，熟悉云原生相关的基础服务k8s、docker、mysql等；
- 熟悉DevOps知识和工具体系，具备python或go的开发经验；
- 有大模型相关运维经验优先、有mcp、skill开发经验优先；
- 具备较强的复杂问题的解决能力，故障定位和排查能力、性能分析、容量规划等；
- 具备优秀的跨团队协作、良好的沟通能力，关注行业和技术发展。
