## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 独立负责游戏中主角及怪物的核心战斗动作设计与制作，确保动作风格符合写实要求，并完成最终引擎实现；
- 根据游戏设定与策划需求，设计并优化角色动作，提升战斗表现力与打击感；
- 与策划、特效及程序团队密切协作，确保动作效果在游戏中完美呈现，达到预期体验；
- 持续优化动作资源，提升动画性能与视觉表现，确保游戏运行流畅；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，能够清晰表达设计思路并接受反馈持续改进。 Requirements
- 动画或相关专业毕业，拥有2年以上游戏动画制作经验，有战斗动作设计经验优先；
- 熟练掌握Maya、MotionBuilder等主流动画制作软件，精通UE引擎的动画系统，包括状态机、动画蓝图等；
- 对ACT（动作类）游戏有深入了解和实际体验，熟悉该类型游戏的动作表现与玩家期待；
- 对真实生物及角色的运动规律有深入研究，具备优秀的关键帧动画制作能力，对动作的重量感、节奏感、Pose张力有极高追求；
- 有3A级游戏项目或知名二次元动作类项目参与经验者优先考虑。
