## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责项目界面动效设计以及制作，推动编辑器性能优化和完善。与团队其他成员一起解决技术难题，审核外包资源并加以指导；
- 协同策划，提升引擎中特效的表现力；
- 负责项目UI重构和GUI特效；
- 负责相关界面动效表现及界面合入等工作；
- 保证成品资源的质量和进度。 Requirements

### 专业经验
- 具备商业项目特效设计经验，深刻理解特效在提升用户体验（UX）中的核心价值；

### 设计功底
- 拥有扎实的美术基础与出众的审美，对节奏韵律、色彩心理学有敏锐感知，能熟练驾驭卡通、写实等多种视觉风格；

### 技术栈
- 精通 Unity / UE​ 引擎特效制作全流程，熟练掌握主流特效辅助软件；熟悉 AI 辅助设计工具者优先；

### 创新能力
- 不局限于执行，具备独立设计思维，能输出具有个人思考的特效方案，并持续通过自学将新技术落地到实际项目中；

### 综合素质
- 思维活跃，沟通表达顺畅，工作积极主动且抗压能力强，乐于在团队协作中提出建设性意见。
