## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏版本及运营内容的本地化全流程，统筹翻译、实施、测试和验收；
- 维护英文风格指南和术语库，审核重点文本，确保表达自然、准确、统一；
- 对接研发、运营及外部语言资源，制定排期并跟进进度、质量和风险；
- 协同研发推进国际化适配，跟进字符串及变量、UI、字体、RTL 和地区格式等问题；
- 识别文化及区域合规风险，并协同相关团队完成适配。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，英语写作与审校能力优秀；语言、翻译、传播、国际关系等专业优先；
- 具备 2 年及以上本地化、翻译、LQA、项目协调或相关工作经验；
- 具备良好的项目推进、优先级判断和跨部门沟通能力，能适应多任务和需求变化；
- 热爱并熟悉 FPS 游戏，了解常见术语、战斗 UI、武器系统和竞技玩法；
- 掌握英语以外的其他外语（日语、韩语、西语、阿拉伯语等）者优先；具备该语种审校或质量判断能力更佳。
