## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深度参与《灰境行者》产品的整体运营策略制定，结合产品特色与国内市场需求，输出创新且可落地的运营方案；
- 主导上线期及关键版本的运营活动策划与落地执行，通过精细化数据分析评估活动效果，持续优化活动机制以提升用户活跃度、留存率及付费转化；
- 作为运营核心枢纽，对接研发、市场、渠道等发行链条上下游合作伙伴，高效协调内外部资源，确保版本更新、活动上线等关键节点目标准时达成；
- 持续跟踪用户行为数据与核心诉求，基于用户分层与反馈分析针对性调整运营策略，联动研发团队推动功能优化与体验迭代；
- 实时监测行业动态、竞品运营策略及市场趋势，为产品长期运营方向提供数据支撑的前瞻性建议，助力产品竞争力提升。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏运营相关工作经验，完整参与过至少1款成功游戏（尤其是射击类或端游）的全生命周期运营，熟悉从预热到长线运营各阶段的方法论与执行细节； 2.核心FPS类游戏深度爱好者，有丰富的FPS游戏体验经历，熟悉其玩法机制、用户生态及社区文化，对高品质射击游戏有强烈的热情与投入意愿； 3.具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力与团队协作意识，能主动推动研发、市场、渠道等多方合作解决复杂问题，适应游戏行业快节奏、高压力的工作模式； 4.敏锐的市场洞察力与用户同理心，擅长通过数据分析（如活跃、留存、付费等核心指标）、用户调研等方式精准定位用户需求，并快速转化为可执行的运营动作； 5.逻辑清晰、执行力强，能独立负责模块化运营任务并推动结果落地，对数据敏感且具备使用AI工具的能力。
