## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏多模态NPC相关技术的研发与创新，探索大语言模型、语音、视觉等多模态技术在游戏NPC中的应用；
- 设计并优化多模态交互方案，提升NPC的智能交互能力与玩家沉浸感，推动游戏体验升级；
- 与游戏策划、程序、美术等团队紧密协作，理解游戏需求并将技术方案落地到具体项目中；
- 持续跟踪多模态AI领域的前沿技术动态，结合游戏场景进行技术预研与可行性分析；
- 构建和优化多模态数据集，通过数据驱动方法提升NPC的交互质量与表现力；
- 参与跨部门技术评审与分享，推动团队整体技术能力的提升与知识共享。 Requirements
- 硕士及以上学历，有多学科背景者，有落地工作者的优先；
- 多模态AI、自然语言处理、语音交互或计算机视觉相关研发经验，有游戏行业经验者优先；
- 熟悉大语言模型、语音识别/合成、计算机视觉等技术，有相关项目落地经验；
- 具备扎实的算法基础与编程能力，熟练掌握Python/C++等编程语言，熟悉主流深度学习框架；
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维与问题解决能力，能够独立开展技术研究与方案设计；
- 良好的沟通协作能力，能够与跨职能团队高效合作，推动技术方案落地；
- 对游戏行业有热情，了解游戏NPC交互设计，愿意深入探索游戏与AI结合的创新方向。
