## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责客户技术服务咨询工作，精准协助客户梳理技术需求，高效推动疑难技术问题闭环解决，保障客户服务体验；
- 负责客户资源迁移上云相关工作，深度参与客户迁移方案的设计与优化，落地执行迁移计划，做好全流程项目管理与进度管控，确保项目保质保量按期交付；
- 迁移上云交付全流程中，系统整理项目交付相关文档与标准化方案，推动交付过程规范化、流程化，搭建完善的迁云交付方法论体系；
- 协同商务、售前架构师、售后等相关岗位，高效完成客户支持相关协同工作，维护良好客情关系，助力业务长效推进；
- 持续跟踪云原生领域技术热点与行业动态，主动发掘技术应用场景，沉淀可复用的云原生技术解决方案，赋能业务发展。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，通信工程、信息安全、计算机相关专业优先考虑；
- 具备公有云全栈产品使用经验（含云主机、弹性容器、云数据库、云原生网关、对象存储、负载均衡、CDN、WAF等），深刻理解公有云架构与核心逻辑，持有云厂商相关认证者优先；
- 具备ToB业务服务经验，拥有较强的客户服务意识与责任担当，能精准匹配客户需求、高效响应客户诉求；
- 具备运维或后台开发相关从业背景，3年及以上相关工作经验；熟练掌握Shell、Python、Golang、C/C++中的任意一种编程语言；熟悉主流中间件（MySQL、Redis、MongoDB、ElasticSearch等）的部署与运维；深入理解K8s核心原理，清晰掌握各组件工作机制；
- 掌握操作系统、网络底层核心原理，具备扎实的技术功底，能高效协助客户排查、定位各类技术问题，提供专业解决方案；
- 工作主动性强，具备良好的学习能力与创新意识，拥有较强的沟通协调能力、技术敏感度及团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力，高效完成各项工作任务。
