## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 三年以上大型游戏项目系统策划经验，独自负责过养成/排位等核心系统的设计实现，以及线上验证迭代；
- 热爱游戏，竞技游戏重度用户，深入了解《金铲铲之战》及其他头部竞技类游戏；
- 数据敏感，用户洞察清晰，具备结合项目需求落地自己设计经验的复合设计能力；
- 沟通能力优秀，抗压能力好，英语能力加分。 Requirements
- 负责《金铲铲之战》核心系统的设计、优化和迭代工作；
- 通过对玩家局外核心系统目标的建设和优化，塑造长线用户目标，提升用户长线留存表现；
- 钻研自走棋用户体验需求和用户体验痛点，针对性提出系统层面的服务支持优化，发展更多周边系统服务可能。
