## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 制定场景美术风格、世界观视觉、色彩与光影调性，输出风格标杆、情绪板、关键概念图；
- 独立完成氛围图、区域规划、地标建筑、大型地貌、叙事场景等高规格设计；

### 输出可落地设定
- 建筑拆解、材质规范、细节指引，支撑 3D / 地编 / 关卡制作；
- 协同把控落地还原度，制定验收标准。提炼东方意境、中式构景、仙侠符号，转化为高级原创视觉；
- 平衡艺术表达与项目品质落地。 Requirements 1.3年及以上场景原画/概念设计经验，有3A/主机项目优先，仙侠、古风、东方奇幻项目经验； 2.构景、光影氛围表达能力极强； 3.

### 精通场景全流程设计

从世界观规划到建筑单体、细节物件，兼顾艺术与落地。深度理解东方意境、中式构景、仙侠文化，拒绝堆砌； 4.熟练 PS；Blender/3D、AI、UE5引擎、了解地编、物件、光照优先； 5.有风格定义、品质把控、一起革新国风仙侠视觉语言；
- 对于游戏富有热情，能主动推进问题与把控设计品质落地。
