## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏项目内PVE、PVP等关卡的设计和制作；
- 负责游戏关卡内容上的元素设计，包括情景氛围塑造，玩法原型创造以逻辑制作实现和成品把控；
- 对关卡最终体验负责，关卡需满足设计目的和定位要求，节奏、强度、时长、可玩性等各方面体验和数据符合既定预期。 Requirements
- 大学本科及以上学历，三年以上游戏关卡设计师或相关从业经验；
- 热爱各类游戏，尤其是主流射击类游戏，有丰富的游戏阅历，且对关卡玩法内容有充分深入的分析和理解；
- 善于快速迭代完善设计与制作，有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力，抗压能力强；
- 参与过至少一款FPS/TPS的游戏项目开发，有完整的项目上线产品经验者优先；
- 熟练掌握UE5、UE4者优先。
