## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责产品的商业化体系设计，包括付费点规划、礼包体系、商城结构、成长付费节奏等；
- 根据小游戏行业趋势与产品特性，从体验和收入的角度，制定产品不同类型的运营活动，达成项目目标；
- 监控并分析项目运营相关数据，实时了解和分析掌握玩家动态，把握市场热点，制定运营规划。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有小游戏项目运营经验，熟悉小游戏主流商业化模型；
- 具备优秀的商业化嗅觉及数据敏感度，能根据运营数据情况，调整运营策略，完成运营目标；
- 学习能力强，逻辑清晰，有优秀的自我驱动力和责任心，确保项目高质高效落地；
- 热爱游戏，休闲及模拟经营游戏经验丰富者优先。
