## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯AI协作工具企业版后端服务的架构设计、开发和维护，确保系统的高可用性、高性能和可扩展性；
- 参与业务需求分析，制定合理的技术方案并高效落地，保障产品功能的稳定迭代；
- 优化现有系统架构，解决性能瓶颈，提升系统吞吐量和响应速度；
- 设计和实现高并发、高可靠的后端服务，支持海量用户和数据的安全存储与处理；
- 与前端、测试、产品等团队紧密协作，推动项目按时高质量交付；
- 持续关注技术发展趋势，引入新技术提升团队研发效率和系统质量。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上后端开发经验，有大型分布式系统开发经验者优先；
- 熟练掌握至少一种主流编程语言（如Go、Java、C++等），熟悉常用框架和中间件；
- 深入理解数据库原理，熟练掌握MySQL、Redis等数据库的设计与优化；
- 具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉网络协议、操作系统、数据结构与算法；
- 有高并发、分布式系统设计经验，熟悉微服务架构和容器化技术者优先；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够主动解决问题并推动项目进展。
