## Job description

### 全球化市场战略与产品规划
- 深度调研北美、欧洲、东南亚等目标市场的客户需求、竞争格局、合规政策，输出可落地的市场进入策略；定义产品的国际化价值主张与差异化定位，制定分阶段的产品路线图，确保产品与市场匹配；定期输出竞品与行业分析，为关键决策提供数据支撑；

### 产品全生命周期管理
- 主导从需求洞察、PRD撰写、原型设计到上线迭代的全流程，确保产品高效交付与快速验证；深度协同设计、研发、测试团队，明确产品优先级与验收标准，保障关键功能高质量落地；建立数据驱动的迭代机制，通过用户反馈、产品指标持续优化产品体验与商业化效果；

### 本地化与国际化落地
- 主导产品UI、文档、运营材料的本地化适配，确保语言、文化、用户体验符合区域市场习惯；协同法务合规团队，确保产品设计符合海外数据隐私与合规要求；

### 跨团队协同与价值传递
- 与售前和客户成功团队紧密协作，支持重点客户签约、上线及续费，沉淀最佳实践；面向海外客户与内部团队，清晰传递产品价值与演进规划，树立行业影响力。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、市场营销或相关专业优先；出色的英语沟通能力，能以英语作为工作语言进行无障碍的听说读写交流； 2.5年以上互联网或软件行业产品管理经验，其中至少2年以上SaaS或B2B产品管理经验； 3.具备成功的产品出海经验，熟悉至少一个主流海外市场（如东南亚、北美、欧洲）。
