## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 利用游戏海量数据，设计和构建游戏大模型，包括但不限于社交网络分析，推荐，异常用户挖掘等，为产品设计研发及运营提供支持；

### 数据特征算法
- 负责海量文本&多模态数据（图像，视频，音频，3D）的内容理解（如分类标签体系、embedding表征、Caption生成等），质量检测（低质识别检测、优质美学评价等），去重/聚类分析，数据合成等算法；
- 关注行业前沿动态，保持行业敏感度，对竞品有专业的研究和分析。 Requirements
- 在数据挖掘的一个或多个领域有不错的学术或工业产出；
- 熟悉大模型分布式训练，调优，调试；
- 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的问题充满激情；
- 有较强的研究能力，在大模型、大数据相关领域的学术期刊、会议上有高质量的学术成果；
- 责任心强，良好的业务意识，团队合作能力和沟通协调能力。
