## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导并推动使用Unity建立适合项目美术风格的渲染管线；
- 针对需求定制增改Unity引擎底层功能和框架，开发引擎相关特性 (光照、渲染、管线、GPUDriven、资源管理等)；
- 负责高级图形效果开发，优化美术制作管线，在美术品质和管线效率方面产生价值；
- 探索游戏渲染与机器学习的结合应用，提升团队效率，产出有价值能落地的技术；
- 游戏中图形相关性能优化及兼容性问题解决。 Requirements 1.10年以上游戏开发经验，熟悉至少一款商业引擎的整体框架，有游戏引擎开发经验者更佳； 2.熟悉各种光照模型和图形学算法，关注图形学前沿技术，关注图形学在游戏中应用； 3.熟悉Unity引擎渲染PBR管线及相关工具、shader编程、材质编辑器； 4.扎实的数学和算法基础，熟悉GPU调试/调优工具； 5.良好的自驱力，有强烈的探索精神及深入思考的能力；
- 有良好的团队合作和沟通能力；
- 了解TensorFlow、Pytorch等机器学习框架和可微渲染优先；
- 有MOBA/RPG/FPS游戏开发经验者优先。
