## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内各类系统的设计、实现与优化迭代；
- 撰写设计文档，协调研发资源，跟进开发过程，对系统的最终质量和体验负责；
- 持续提升游戏内各类系统的体验，捕捉各类痛点，提出各类优化方案；
- 与协作部门进行紧密协作，推动各类系统建设。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏策划经验，负责过大型系统的设计，参与过完整游戏项目流程； 2.熟悉各类射击游戏并深入了解其系统结构，参与过射击游戏项目优先； 3.逻辑严谨，能够针对不同的系统设计方向分析差异，并选择适合本项目的方式； 4.有较强的团队合作意识，抗压能力强。
