## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据支付监管的法律法规及最新发文，理解监管合规需求和政策导向，从业务角度提出或评估解决方案，联合相关团队推进跨境业务合规落地；
- 对接PA、法务等职能团队，开展业务风险治理，推进缺陷整改落实到位；
- 针对支付相关业务协议，从业务发展和法律合规的角度出发，进行协议审核、规避风险；
- 支持日常监管沟通和汇报。 Requirements
- 全日制本科及以上学历，法学、金融、审计专业优先；
- 三年以上工作经验，具有大型企业、支付机构、咨询机构或律所从业经验优先；
- 熟悉支付业务、支付合规的政策条例，对支付行业监管政策方向有基本认识；
- 较强的独立思考能力、分析能力、新知识学习能力及应变能力；
- 具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力，有较强的组织协调能力。
