## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责射击PVPVE大地图内怪物及BOSS的玩法设计及落地跟进；
- 产出怪物相关的玩法设计文档，能够利用蓝图实现基础的玩法原型；
- 负责怪物相关行为树及战斗系统的设计调试和后续维护，根据测试反馈不断调优；
- 和其他模块合作，跟进怪物概念设计及功能开发、动作、特效全流程，对怪物的最终质量负责。 Requirements 1.3年以上怪物设计相关经验，对射击游戏有深度了解，主导过射击PVE或者PVPVE的相关怪物设计者优先（可附上相关设计稿，截图、视频或者链接）； 2.熟练使用UE蓝图，深度掌握怪物行为树设计，能够独立制作怪物玩法原型； 3.熟悉怪谈/恐怖/SCP类题材者优先，能够将诉求转化为清晰明确的参考内容，具备一定的美学鉴赏能力； 4.逻辑思维缜密，能抗压，沟通力强。有较强的游戏拆解能力，对品质有极高的自我追求；

- 具备“怪物+关卡”的综合设计视角，能将怪物行为与关卡结构、掩体机制、环境交互进行深度融合设计者优先。
