## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 跟进国内外相关研发团队，对其团队背景、核心能力、当前管线产品等进行深度竞争力调查，为团队决策提供专业分析报告；
- 对不同阶段在研/运营中的项目需求进行专项跟进，从研发视角分析问题并协助项目团队解决困境，输出专业优化方案与可执行建议；
- 根据品类布局策略，对内外部产品进行系统性评估，辅助产品内容布局与决策；
- 保持对行业生态的持续关注，主动拓展信息网络，跟踪国内外优秀团队与产品动态；
- 参与团队专项研究课题，从产品力、团队力、市场潜力等维度提供结构化分析意见。 Requirements
- 五年或以上游戏行业经验，在PC/主机/大型网游/移动游戏领域中，具备研发项目管理、制作人、主策划、系统策划、数值策划等一种或多种实战经验；有多款完整项目从立项到上线的推动落地经历；
- 热爱游戏、大量玩游戏——对多品类/多平台游戏有深度体验和独立判断力，能快速拆解一款产品的核心设计与商业逻辑；
- 具备优秀的分析与报告输出能力，能将复杂信息结构化呈现，有较好的文化审美与商业敏感度；
- 擅长接受新事物，具备多种AI工具应用的能力与实践经验；
- 能用中、英语作为工作语言。
