### 职位描述
- ；
- 参与前期内容创意的讨论，在剧情大纲基础上丰富和细化叙事、情节、角色表演的创意设计；
- 根据游戏叙事需求和文字脚本，快速制作预演视频（手绘分镜、三维layout、AI预演视频）；
- 熟练操作专业视频编辑软件（PR AE DAVINCI）,可将AI视频制作工作流融入工作中；
- 熟悉UE5游戏引擎Sequence模块，具备过程动画实时渲染全流程导演经验。具备离线渲染全流程导演经验；
- 与上下游沟通协作，推动团队高效准确地执行落地。排查跟踪过程中的一些技术问题。 Requirements 1.任职要求:； 2.5年以上游戏和影视动画演出设计经验； 3.具备动作捕捉导演经验，对表情动画有导演经验； 4.优秀的审美，对叙事、色彩构图光影、情绪节奏、音乐有把握和鉴别能力； 5.A ACT\RPG游戏的资深爱好者； 6.具备抗压能力与良好的沟通能力，可统筹多线并行的开发节奏。
