## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责云服务器相关产品方向，根据业务分工承担机型规划、体验优化或商业化工作，提升产品竞争力与客户价值；
- 面向 AI Agent 等新型云上工作负载，负责新业务与新产品形态的孵化，围绕 Agent 运行、Skills、MCP 工具接入、记忆及可观测等能力，推动客户验证与产品落地；
- 深入客户场景，结合行业趋势、竞品与业务数据识别机会，协同研发、销售及解决方案团队推进产品上线、推广与迭代。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备 ToB 产品相关经验，有云计算、企业服务、AI Infra 或开发者产品背景者优先；
- 理解云计算基础与企业客户需求，能够综合性能、成本、稳定性和体验进行产品判断，独立推进产品规划与落地；
- 有 AI 产品或项目实践，对新技术和产品保持敏感，愿意动手验证想法，能够说明实际贡献与应用效果；
- 具备良好的需求抽象、沟通表达和跨团队协作能力，自驱力强、责任心强、结果导向。
