## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责皇室战争（Clash Royale）游戏中各类特效的设计与制作，包括但不限于角色技能特效、场景特效、UI特效等；
- 根据商业化需求，独立完成特效从概念设计到最终落地的全流程工作；
- 与美术团队以及游戏策划、运营、程序紧密协作，确保特效风格与游戏整体视觉风格高度统一，平衡在移动设备上的视觉效果和性能表现；
- 有全流程落地经验，跟进供应商进度并指导和审核供应商工作及供应商搭建；
- 持续关注行业特效设计趋势，提出创新方案以提升游戏视觉体验。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏特效设计经验，有完整的上线游戏项目经验； 2.能够熟练掌握AE，Animate等2D特效软件和市面主流3D引擎； 3.具备扎实的美术基础，对动态节奏，特效色彩，剪影造型有敏锐的感知能力； 4.有丰富的带领供应商经验，能够制定规则且保质保量引领供应商； 5.擅长美式卡通风格，对Supercell的游戏有较深入的了解；
- 逻辑思维能力强，具备良好的沟通能力和理解能力；
- 有强烈的责任心，能够适应快节奏的项目开发环境。
