## Job description

### 服务商生态运营
- 负责微信支付线下服务商生态的运营与经营，深度理解服务商的商业模式与盈利逻辑，通过政策、产品、激励等组合手段，激发服务商在重点行业的展业动力；

### 重点服务商拓展与共建
- 面向头部及潜力服务商开展对外拓展与商务合作，建立长期互信关系，联合打磨行业数字化解决方案，并推动在真实商户场景中落地验证；

### 行业洞察与需求挖掘
- 基于线下消费行业（零售、餐饮、生活服务等）与一线服务商、商户的真实调研，输出行业洞察与需求判断，反哺产品能力建设；

### 竞争应对
- 持续跟踪同业在服务商侧的策略动作，输出应对思路与打法建议。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上工作经验；有支付/SaaS/收单服务商生态运营、渠道或代理商运营、线下零售/餐饮/快消品牌相关经验者优先；
- 具备较强的对外拓展与商务沟通能力，能独立面对服务商高管及一线团队完成沟通、谈判与关系经营，擅长在利益不一致时找到共赢方案；
- 理解商业模式与生意逻辑，能看懂服务商的收入结构、成本与激励敏感点，并据此设计有效的政策与合作方案；
- 能够接受较高频次出差，愿意深入一线走商户、走门店、走服务商现场，从真实场景中拿一手信息；
- 有较高的数据敏感度和出色的逻辑抽象能力，思路清晰，能系统化、快速地处理复杂工作；
- 具备良好的项目管理能力，可独立完成跨部门协同与复杂客户关系处理；
- 善于独立思考，具备坚韧的探索创新精神，有强烈的好奇心和自驱力。
