## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 海外区域商业化lead-to-cash全过程管理与监控，对LTC漏斗的关键环节进行数据分析与指标管控，牵引经营结果；
- 从业务角度分析并梳理海外区域运营数据，定期输出与指导，复盘与提炼改进措施；
- 跨团队协作拉通主导，通过协作规则与流程的优化等，建立高效协作模式与提高合作粘性；
- 负责海外区域重点项目落地推动支撑，加速收入转化，预测偏离度提升与主导管理；
- 根据部门管理要求和业务发展需要，提升整体经营管理的能力和效率。 Requirements 1.5年以上2B业务销售运营或业务管理经验，有海外工作经历优先； 2.优秀的英文听说读写能力，英文作为主要工作语言； 3.出色的问题识别与解决能力，能够基于数据及经验提出有效的业务洞察及驱动业务的建议，优秀的经营分析能力； 4.良好的抗压能力、沟通能力和团队精神，具项目管理经验，能协调资源支撑拿下阶段性成绩并进行成功案例复制； 5.理解 ToB 运营体系的数据分析及客户生命周期管理，有数据体系建设标准者优先，对用户研究、用户分类、数据挖掘有经验者优先；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神；出色的PPT撰写和excel建模能力，同时熟练掌握与使用AI工具优先。
