## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 挖掘QQ用户喜欢的内容类型，包括但不限于漫剧、AI真人剧、剧情游戏等，负责内容的引入及孵化，建立作者成长体系，提升内容供给的质量和品质；
- 基于QQ的漫剧运营场景，建设对应的内容运营策略，为内容场景的播放量、留存等指标负责；
- 负责制定内容作者合作分成方案及激励计划，激发创作者的创作热情，提高作品质量和产出效率；
- 负责引入内容的审核，为引入内容的质量和品质负责，提升内容场景的用户体验。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历。3年及以上相关领域工作经验，有漫剧、编剧等相关资源优先；
- 具备出色的沟通、统筹与协调能力，能够有效地与作者沟通合作；
- 对漫剧、AI真人剧、剧情游戏等相关行业有深入了解，熟悉行业动态和趋势，对内容创作充满热情并且高度敏感；
- 有较强的逻辑性，优秀的数据能力，具备敏锐洞察作者需求能力。
