## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 主导创作游戏中的角色概念，硬表面概念，场景概念，宣发以及游戏内的多种类型商业化包装概念设计；
- 配合美术总监，制定概念设计规范，带领团队打造记忆点深刻的概念设计；
- 负责概念团队的人员管理、任务分配与项目资源统筹，带领团队高效推进项目；
- 与上下游以及内外部合作团队紧密协作，保持高效的设计沟通与反馈，激发创意，提升设计亮点和品质，并确保概念设计的质量和一致性；
- 支持游戏IP发展，为游戏联动、周边及衍生品提供设计方向、风格把控与品质监督。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏概念设计经验，熟悉角色、场景、硬表面及各类商业化视觉设计； 2.综合能力好，具备从概念设计、美宣到叙事等创意流程的深厚专业知识与经验； 3.具备游戏研发全流程思维，能确保设计在项目中高品质、强趣味性地实现落地； 4.对写实风格有深入理解，并善于在此框架下进行创新的差异化设计； 5.熟悉并热爱硬核射击题材优先；
- 设计视野开阔，具备全球化审美。
