## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责Roblox在中国本地化的生态运营，通过内容策划、创作者运营、平台合作等手段，搭建健康可持续的UGC游戏生态，扩充产品在中国的UGC游戏数量，打造本地化游戏爆款；
- 负责Roblox中国的创作者运营及拓展，分层运营促进创作者成长，打造标杆创作者案例；提升生态规模及行业影响力；
- 深入洞察理解UGC游戏生态，输出有效策略和战略视角。 Requirements
- 深度体验过Roblox，认可Roblox在中国发展的价值，并有意愿主导或深度参与到项目规划中；
- 英语水平优秀者优先；有在 Roblox 上发布过作品，开发过游戏的优先；
- 熟悉UGC创作者群体，深度体验国内外UGC类游戏，具备良好的用户理解及敏感度；
- 我们期待喜欢Roblox、有梦想有想法的人，一同探索无限世界的可能性。
