## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内对局生态环境的构建与治理，覆盖负向行为识别、处置规则、反馈与申诉链路等方向，承担从问题洞察、方案设计到功能落地的全流程跟进；
- 持续跟踪对局环境的实际数据与玩家反馈，识别影响公平竞技与团队协作的关键问题，制定针对性治理策略并推动迭代优化，提升玩家在对局中的体验与留存；
- 持续研究行业内外在竞技环境治理方面的案例与做法，结合产品实际转化为可落地的方案，保障治理策略的有效性、准确性与长期可持续性；
- 与算法、开发、数据、安全、运营等团队紧密协作，在多方诉求中明确治理边界与优先级，推动跨团队方案达成共识并落地。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3 年以上游戏系统策划、游戏安全、内容治理、风险策略或相关工作经验；
- 熟悉 MOBA 或其他强竞技游戏，对玩家行为、团队协作、竞技公平和负向体验有深入理解；
- 具备扎实的系统设计能力，能够将复杂的治理问题拆解为清晰的规则、流程、状态和配置；
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目推进能力，能够推动算法、开发、数据、安全和运营团队共同完成目标；
- 热爱游戏，熟悉王者荣耀核心玩法和玩家生态，具备较丰富的对局经验。
