## Job description

### 负责游戏内现代科技
- 冷兵器为主武器设计（例如小刀、太刀、大剑等）擅长运用现代科技材料进行武器设计与武器皮肤设计；
- 线稿清晰，结构表达准确，充分理解整体/局部、变形形态设计痛点，同时具备高识别度与商业表现力；
- 深入理解武器3D管线流程与痛点，熟练对接下游环节；
- 负责外包供应商的武器设计对接、方案审核与修改反馈，确保外包产出符合项目美术标准与品质要求。 Requirements
- 具备扎实的硬表面造型能力与工业设计感，对几何形态、比例节奏、轮廓语言有敏锐把控力；
- 对冷兵器的形态逻辑有深入理解——能够根据武器的战斗功能与动作模组进行针对性设计；
- 熟悉现代材料特性与表面处理工艺，能够通过精确的勾线表达武器结构的层次关系；
- 设计具备高辨识度剪影、强节奏感的色彩/材质分区、设计语言简洁清晰，贴合运动视觉的流线造型；
- 有较强的沟通能力与抗压能力，善于理解策划与动作制作需求，主动推进设计方案落地，乐于接受反馈并快速迭代；
- 热爱游戏，对竞技类、动作类产品有较深涉猎，具备自我驱动力与创新意识。
