## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责离线数据仓库分层建设（ODS/DWD/DWM/DWS/APP），主导维度建模，完成离线批处理 ETL 开发与维护；
- 负责实时数仓开发，基于 Flink SQL 实现实时明细清洗、窗口聚合指标计算，支撑实时大屏与实时报表；
- 基于 Doris 进行 OLAP 模型设计、分区分桶与物化视图调优，保障查询性能；
- 承接业务报表需求，开发汇总层与应用层报表，统一指标口径；
- 负责数据建模、字段扩展与历史数据回溯，保障数据准确、口径可追溯；
- 维护调度作业与数据质量监控，保障生产链路 SLA；
- 善用 AI 工具提升开发效率，沉淀指标与口径资产，支撑智能化取数。 Requirements 1.3 年以上数据仓库/数据开发相关工作经验； 2.计算机、软件工程、数据科学、统计学等相关专业本科及以上学历； 3.熟练使用 SQL/Hive/Python 等，熟悉 Doris/ClickHouse/StarRocks 等 OLAP 引擎，具备海量数据处理与维度建模、数仓分层设计经验； 4.熟悉 Flink SQL 或主流调度平台，具备离线/实时数仓 ETL 开发与调优经验； 5.熟悉 Linux 环境，具备变更安全与数据质量意识； 6.具备 AI 工具使用习惯，能用 AI 辅助开发；良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能在快节奏的环境中工作； 7.该岗位签约主体为云智。
