## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 作为项目特效核心战力，独立负责游戏中关键角色、大型Boss的全流程技能特效设计与制作，从设计、实现到性能优化，确保最终品质；
- 深度理解玩法逻辑，为复杂Boss战机制提供兼具视觉冲击力与功能清晰度的特效解决方案，提升战斗体验的沉浸感与爽快感；
- 积极引入业界前沿的实时特效技术方案，主导技术攻坚，推动项目特效品质的突破与革新；
- 协助指导与培养初级特效师，分享经验与技术，助力团队整体水平提升。 Requirements 1.4年及以上游戏3D特效经验，作为主力成员参与至少一款上线大型项目的完整经历，并拥有可验证的、高质量的局内战斗特效作品； 2.

### 核心专长

是战斗特效的能手，精通写实风格下的大型怪物/Boss技能制作； 3.

### 引擎能力

精通UE引擎的特效制作管线，能熟练运用引擎工具链实现高性能、高品质的复杂特效。
