## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 结合年度目标和版本节点，规划皮肤主题、商品组合及资源排期，保障内容稳定供给；
- 负责皮肤主题提案，明确目标用户、创意概念、视觉风格、商品卖点和角色选择；
- 运用AI工具进行趋势研究和创意孵化，快速形成批量方向，并完成筛选和深化；
- 跟进概念、插画、模型、动画、特效及商业化包装等环节，把控进度和交付质量；
- 深入研究英雄联盟IP、用户消费偏好及市场趋势，持续建设皮肤创意储备；
- 协调美术、研发、运营及外部团队，推动问题解决，确保项目按计划上线。 Requirements
- 具备商业化内容、皮肤策划、角色设计或美术项目经验；
- 熟悉英雄联盟IP，对英雄特点、玩家偏好和皮肤商业化有较深入理解；
- 具备良好的创意策划、视觉审美和商品判断能力；
- 熟悉游戏美术生产流程，能够管理多个并行项目；
- 熟练使用AI创意工具，能够完成创意发散、筛选和提案制作；
- 对用户消费心理、文娱趋势等内容保持敏感；
- 具备较强的沟通协调、项目推动和问题解决能力；
- 有自研工作室、角色皮肤项目或外部合作团队管理经验者优先。
