## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责建立并优化部门业务管理体系，带领小组支持部门业务高效开展及不断提升部门业务和管理水平，包括但不限于对于新的业务领域的探索、支持部门策略和目标设定、跟进和分析执行情况、总结复盘、分析部门关键业务数据、提出改善建议等；
- 负责优化整体投后管理体系，负责投后管理框架的落地及后续长期管理，带领团队完成相关的具体投后管理工作，包括但不限于对投资公司关键业绩指标的收集、分析、追踪等；
- 持续思考，在外部环境和业务变化的情况下，带领团队不断寻求和探索本组的工作方向、能产生最大价值的领域和工作内容；
- 支持部门管理相关事项，包括但不限于分析报告的准备、对重要会议的支持等。 Requirements 1.10年左右投资/投后/基金管理和运营经验，或顶级咨询公司战略管理顾问经验，有基金/CVC经验或实际公司管理经验者者优先； 2.具有很强的学习能力和分析问题解决问题的能力，以及很强的自我驱动力； 3.有很强的团队管理能力，善于跨团队协作； 4.有好奇心，愿意挑战自己，不断开拓新的领域；
- 中英文流利，优秀的中英文书写能力，具备良好的沟通能力；
- 重点高校本科以上学历。
