## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微信小游戏项目的全流程发行工作，包括项目上线筹备、平台政策对接及资源协调；
- 拓展并维护联运合作渠道，推动多渠道分发合作落地，提升游戏曝光与下载量；
- 策划并执行买量发行策略，通过信息流投放等手段实现用户增长与增量突破；
- 对发行数据进行深度复盘，分析核心指标如新增、CPA、LTV、ROI、留存及流水，持续优化发行策略；
- 熟悉并应对微信小游戏审核机制，高效处理版本驳回、违规整改及资质申报等发行问题，确保项目合规上线。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有成熟小游戏项目或厂商运营经验，对小游戏平台有一定了解，熟悉平台能力及广告投放者优先；
- 具备优秀的小游戏运营思维和数据敏感度，能根据运营数据情况，联动合作团队，调整运营策略，完成运营目标；
- 有较强的抗压能力，有较强的沟通协同，跨团队协作能力，有投手管理经验者优先；
- 数据敏感度高，较强的数据分析能力，善于通过数据发现问题及业务机会。
