## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯CSIG ToB业务线的媒介策略规划，推进执行实施及时复盘结果并评估策略有效性；
- 负责ToB类产品线上增长，包含但不限于SEM/SEO/GEO/信息流等渠道。制定精准增长策略执行落地和积累有效经验，端到端负责；
- 负责优化精准投放工作流，完善投放体系搭建，对业务目标和ROI负责；
- 拓展并积累行业高质量媒体和达人资源，通过项目测试验证形成媒体资源梯队和有效媒介触点，累积合作模式及经验。 Requirements

### 教育背景与经验
- 本科及以上学历，3-5年工作经验。具有To B行业营销媒介推广经验，熟悉上述行业及圈层类媒体玩法及经验；

### 增长经验与数据分析能力
- 具有线上数字化增长和投放经验，具备强数据分析能力和投放逻辑思维能力，负责过To B/To C产品增长、精准投放和渠道操作者优先；

### 营销策划与落地能力
- 熟悉品牌/行业/产品营销推广流程，具备独立完成全媒介整合营销方案策划及落地的能力；

### AI工具应用能力
- 熟练使用AI工具，善于利用AI工具、大模型、Agent等产品优化工作流、搭建工作体系，实现工作自动化；

### 综合素质
- 具备良好的学习能力、数据分析能力、沟通能力及抗压能力，善于团队协作。
